Archangels Azrael and Jeremiel
Archangel Azrael is Whom God Heals. He comforts the dying and grieving, helps with transition from this life to the afterlife and helps you communicate with loved ones who have passed. Azrael’s energy helps us with every major life transition: the “death” of one chapter and movement to the next.
Archangel Jeremiel means Mercy of God and has a steel gray/blue aura. He’s the angel of dreams and visions and works closely with Azrael. He’s helpful during turning points of your life (New Year’s Resolution-type), understanding and interpreting dreams, and helps you take inventory of your life.
I have heard from a lot of people lately who have been dealing with major upheaval and chaos in their lives. As my Grandma Dollie would say, “if it’s not one thing, it’s two…”. Two, in this case, seems to be a low figure, as many people seem to have crises popping up like popcorn over an open flame - multiple, sometimes simultaneous things to deal with. If this is you, know that you are not alone!
Azrael, Jeremiel, your Guardian Angel, and Spirit Guides are with you at all times. They are no farther away than a thought and a centering deep breath. Right now -take a deep breath in, filling up your lungs, hold it for a beat, and then exhale (with a sigh or a groan if you’re so inclined- it’s quite healing). Inhale again, deeply, and imagine that the most comforting, supporting, loving beings are with you to guard you and guide you through this moment. Exhale and release that which is not serving your highest good. Do you feel a bit calmer? Do this several times a day. It’s how we connect with our Divine Support Team.
One of my favorite sayings/reminders is: Worrying is praying for what you don’t want. I read something recently that said, “worrying is betting against yourself.” Our minds are expert at coming up with worst-case scenarios, 99% of which never come to pass. Trust that our angels and guides are sending out multiple signs on the best way to navigate life toward our highest good (BECAUSE THEY ARE!) and then watch for those signs. Don’t explain them away. When you truly believe you’ve gotten a sign, thank your angels and guides and they will send you more. You will know you’re on the right path because it feels right (isn’t so blasted difficult) and because of the signs confirming it.
The New Year is a natural transition point that many of us use to make resolutions, to change our behaviors and habits, and to start new projects. Whether you’re moving across town or across state lines; starting a new job, or looking for a new job; or maybe you’ve realized it’s time to say goodbye to someone or something. Archangels Azrael and Jeremiel would love to be asked for help. There’s no promise that it will be easy, but it will be easier!
