You Have Everything You Need
In July of 2020, life changed for me in ways I never anticipated. In the several years before I had considered letting go of some of the things I had clung to for years -including my job as a substitute teacher, and my religion. Both of them had served me well over the years, but they had begun to feel like clothing that no longer fit because I had grown. They had gone from the most comfortable part of my wardrobe to the most uncomfortable pieces, but I didn’t know how to part ways with them. The Covid Shutdown came through and gave me no-choice and I began my search for a better-fitting life-wardrobe.
In July, I met not one, but two psychic-mediums, and started pondering new possibilities and direction for my life.
If you were part of my pre-2020 life; a teacher-friend, a parent-friend, or a church-friend, I want to take this moment to say, THANK YOU! Thank you for sticking with me, for trusting that I haven’t completely lost my mind, and for realizing that I realize that what’s right for me doesn’t mean it’s right for you. I respect you where you are and don’t think I’m any better than anyone else. I KNOW I am not better than anyone else!
All this to say, through listening to “Conversations with God”, by Neale Donald Walsch, I found that I had been uncomfortable in my church because I was trying to fit its tenets into what I believed to be true, and that what Neale had uncovered in his automatic writing was actually exactly what I believed to be true. I’m a Spiritualist in my soul.
As for teaching…my dad always had a saying: “What goes around, comes around.” It’s quite fitting in my situation. My wheel of life has always been about teaching, but I had to try some other things to get back to it. It felt uncomfortable because I had mistaken it for the pathway, when it was merely a stepping stone to hone my teaching skills. I needed to get on my soul’s path in order to feel comfortable and fulfilled, but how?
The first psychic-medium opened my eyes. I had never met her before and she described my dad’s laugh, the difference in my grandma’s personalities, and the difference in my husband’s and my personalities to a T! She was able to bring through messages from the most-recent family member who had passed unexpectedly, and I was able to pass them onto his grieving wife.
With the second psychic-medium I was able to have a more casual conversation, and told her I was thinking about “getting involved in hospice”. She got a clear message for me: “You have everything you need.” Interesting. The only way that could be true was if I volunteered, which I did. And, if you’ve been reading my blogs, you know that was the beginning of my connection to angels!
This has been a long personal story all to illustrate the angels’ message for you: YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED! It’s time to step out in faith, if you haven’t already, do what your soul is here to do. You may not need to change the way you worship or your career (in fact, it’s highly likely I’m the exception, not the rule here), but if you’re feeling uncomfortable in some area of your life, the angels are asking you to find what is comfortable and do that. You have everything you need!
