There is Always Enough
Core beliefs are so deeply rooted within us that often we are unaware they exist. Over the course of a lifetime, they can affect us positively or negatively. Usually, we become aware of them when we notice ourselves stuck in a negative cycle. “Why does this keep happening to me?” is the question that can be the impetus for examining our core beliefs.
I was talking with a friend the other day when I realized a positive core belief that I picked up when I was young. For those who don’t know, I am the oldest of eight children. Our dad owned his own businesses, and died at the age of 39, leaving my mom a widow and single mother to eight kids between the ages of 15 and 2. Mom took care of finances at home and I remember seeing legal pads listing out the amount of money that was outgoing and the negatively mismatched income. She said, “I don’t know from whence it will come, but the money always arrives.” The money and/or means did arrive each month, as our needs and beyond were always met. That became a core belief for me that has served me well.
The angels are asking you to observe your core beliefs. Are some of them limiting? Are some of them abundant? Is there one that is keeping you in a cycle that is hurting you over and over, year after year? What steps can you take to override that destructive belief so that you can live in love and abundance?
Perhaps the most helpful advice we can give you is to start with gratitude. My mom’s belief, that became my own, is rooted in gratitude. “Thank you God, Angels, Universe for providing all I need to pay my bills.” Perhaps, thank them for “all I need and more”! It’s funny how the energy of gratitude and belief can do so much to change our situation.
The angels are aware that many of us are going through trials right now. They want to remind you to take a deep breath and exhale that worry and strife. Say to yourself, “I am safe. I am worthy. I am enough. All of my needs will be met, and more! All I need to do is ask with a grateful heart - not doubting, but truly believing that I am safe. I am worthy. I am enough. This shall come to pass.”
The best tools for helping each one of us is the use of 1) Daily Prayer, 2) Daily Meditation, 3) Visualization, and 4) Altered Breathing. It doesn’t have to take long. In fact, if you do these things “quick, while you’re thinking about it”, your multiple prayers per day will add up. Using the 4-4-4-4 Breath while you Visualize a desired outcome is a form of Meditation. This can be done in less than a minute.
Our angels want what is best for us, but they cannot intervene unless we ask. The best way to create an open line of communication (giving and receiving messages) is by using the four tools above. And, as we put these into practice, we will create some more core beliefs: beliefs that work for us instead of against us.
