Archangel Jophiel

Archangel Jophiel is the angel of beauty and wisdom. She is the feeling of awe when you see a magnificent sunset, hear a melody that gives you chills, or experience something for the first time, even if you’ve been-there, done-that a dozen times before. She often vibrates in a magenta-colored hue. 

I usually describe her as the angel to ask for help when you want to look your best, but cannot confirm whether she helps you to have a good hair day and pick out the right clothes, or helps you love the person you see in the mirror a little better, or both. 

What I’m understanding from her more than ever before is the wisdom. Jophiel is here to help us connect with the oneness with others and the earth. Connecting with each other is beauty and wisdom. 

There has been so much ugliness in the world because people have forgotten that we are ALL ONE. There is no such thing as us and them. WE ARE THEY. Everyone and everything is made up of the same stuff and it doesn’t matter where we live in the world. We are all connected. 

Jophiel’s reminder to me, and maybe to you, is to not get caught up in your head about how things should go. There is no good. There is no bad. There are only opportunities for lessons. 

Sometimes I take things personally that aren’t personal. Jophiel helped to gently remind me that if the desired outcome of someone feeling loved/seen/pampered (fill in the blank) happens, why does the how of how it happens matter to me? That’s my ego getting in the way. When I put my ego aside, and it’s no longer about me, I instantly feel better.

Is there something or someone that you have been allowing to steal your joy because you’ve made it about you instead of we? Jophiel is gently reminding you that we are all connected and when we work together toward a common goal, life won’t feel so hard. It’ll be like the end of a symphony when all the harmonies converge on a single note. Hmmmmm. Ahhhhhh.
